While I had established an s corp to help reduce my taxable income, he didn't achieve that or find any deductions I can see as my previous accountants did. After paying a very large tax bill and then later thousands in penalties the irs wanted to review the entire tax year he prepared, As well as set up a payment plan for still more funds for some unknown reason . Mr Ha refused to do this so I'm spending hours on the phone trying to reach the irs to find out what's gone wrong. I thought tax preparers were required to defend their work because they always have previously I don't think any of this is criminal or reaches the level of malpractice, but it's certainly the worst outcome and service I've encountered from a tax preparer in my life
