BEWARE OFTHIS GUY!! I found "Same day home services" on Yelp, and had RON come out to test the mold…read morewe found in our master bedroom/master bathroom wall. About 2 days later, it tested positive and it was airborne in all rooms, exposed by us because we had demo the wall ourselves trying to find the source of mold. RON offered, if we needed someone to do the remediation, he wouldn't mind driving the hour and half drive to do so. He was able to work with our budget, so we hired him right away. We decided to stay at a hotel, since this was going to take 4 days of work. On the 2nd day my husband needed his work tablet, so he went back to the house late at night and found RON and his friend rolling joints, smoking marijuana and drinking beer in their socks!! My husband also found an extra pair of clothes in the guest bathroom. Needless, to say RON and his friend were planning on staying the night in our house!!! Ron never did deny it when we confronted him about it. We were furious!! We both work in government and can't be around marijuana or we get fired. He didn't seem to care, but apologized to my husband. We wanted to fire RON on the spot, but he was half way done and we didn't have the time nor the budget to hire another person to finish the job. After the job was completed, RON sent us a bill via online transaction but it said, "Payment due OCTOBER 18th". Well, it was only Sept 22. Ron called me and my husband 20 times asking for payment, we explained how it's not due till Oct 18th and showed him a screenshot. He says, "sorry but It's suppose to payment made upon completion and he needs his money. We responded, Fine and paid him. But there was no reason to call us 20 times like that. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention Ron was NEVER on time to the house, he finished the job a day late, not only did he smoke marijuana and drink beer in our backyard, but he drove off, under the influence instead of getting an uber. I'm just glad nobody got hurt with him on the road and glad my husband caught him when he did!! Initially, RON stated to my husband that it appeared the leak was there for awhile and the mold had been building for a few months, and he would mention that in his final report. But after, all this craziness he decided to change that in his report and in so many words blame the mold and leak was our doing. When we also had a license plumber of 25 years check it out before him and state, it had been there for a few months. Don't trust this guy!!

The tenants reported water leaks in the south-facing wall, under the sink, in the roof, and at a sliding door leading to the deck. We had mold upstairs and downstairs. Completely unsafe for the tenants. Often working with contractors, even when you are nearby, is challenging. Imagine my fears trying to "manage this" from afar. With Trevor, though, no worries! He was communicative, responsive, and sent pictures and documentation all throughout the process. He explained what he would do; how long it would take and provided a detailed estimate. Sealing all the leaks took weeks. But Trevor was there for us all the time. I never felt I needed to drive up and see for myself. Things are now sealed (with the help of another great contractor, John Forbess). Great team work between the two. We now have certifications and lab reports showing no mold or fungus. My wife and I feel so blessed to have found Trevor. Best yet, through out the ordeal, no surprise "add-on's" on the original price for the work. That is integrity! I have bought and sold many homes over the years and as part of the process have always had home inspections performed. Armin is by far the best home inspector in every sense: Punctual, polite, professional, patient and extremely thorough. Prior to beginning his inspection, Armin met with us (buyers) and carefully explained the process: everything he would be doing - and what he would not be doing - in the course of the inspection. He then proceeded to inspect, examine and evaluate the entire property - inside and out, top (roof and attic) to bottom. Though for the most part we tried to keep out of his way and let him do his thing, he did take the time to point out certain things during the process to make us aware, and he also patiently answered questions we had about things we ourselves had seen. To say he was thorough is really an understatement. He did not rush through any part of the inspection and wound up spending a great deal more time than he had anticipated - never mentioning or complaining about having had to do so. Following the lengthy inspection, Amin took additional time to go over his findings, including sharing the many photos he had taken - to explain in great detail what we would be getting in his inspection report to follow. He told us - and in many cases walked us through the house to show us - what he found that needed to be addressed and how he felt those issues needed to be taken care of. He patiently answered all of the (many) additional questions and concerns we had. The evening after the inspection, we were surprised to receive Armin's written detailed report so quickly - color coded to prioritize which issues he found were more important than others in terms of what he felt should be taken care of. His photos included not only what he found on the house itself, but in many cases what things should look like if they were correct. All told, Armin was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
