We purchase shutters from Graham's and they were installed on time and we were happy with them…read moreuntil the plastic hinges on the openers broke after a few years. We called them to see if they could order some and they said they would and it would take a few weeks. They never called us to let us know when they would be in. We called to see what happened and they said they would call the manufacturer to see what was taking so long and they would call us back, they never did. We called them at least 4 times and same excuse each time. I had to call the manufacturer myself and they sent me the clips the next week No charge. Grahams never called us at all, they just didn't care that our shutters were repaired, probably because there was no money to be made .
