Unfortunately, he got my name wrong in his note (my name is not Jenny) and then he proceeded to state that they guys had to drill holes to fit the light fixture. THIS IS A LIE - I stood right there watching the whole time and no drill was used!! I made sure I purchased lights with backing that was the same diameter as the ones they replaced. Second, he said that caulk was used on, I guess the outside lights, this also was incorrect (!) I saw that guy replace the base and lights - no caulk was used. EVEN if they had to use a drill and caulk, the cost of $630 still does not substantiate the amount of work that was done.

I had a few questions which were responded to again via email. Bee Electric had a service person at my home early Wednesday morning. I could not have asked for quicker service and a more cordial technician. We discussed the problem in detail and after a bit of troubleshooting, the technician determined the problem immediately. It seem I had two defective GFI breakers that needed to be replaced which was done within an hour of arrival. The technician could not have been more professional and direct to the point. It is tough to be comfortable with looking for technical services when you are new to the area and do not have people you know to call upon for recommendations. I called the company in January 2022 and got a quote for a small electrical project that I needed to have done. Due to some reasons on my side I was unable to get the work done until now. I contacted them again this week to get the project scheduled, and they told me to sign the bid that I had, send it back, BUT there might be a change in the price because all things have gone up with the economy issues, and issues with supply chain, etc. I did not have a problem with that... they sent me a new quote 25% higher... since January!!! C'mon now... everything has gone up, but not that much...I was able to contact another electrician and have the work scheduled for a reasonable price.
