I had a few questions which were responded to again via email. Bee Electric had a service person at my home early Wednesday morning. I could not have asked for quicker service and a more cordial technician. We discussed the problem in detail and after a bit of troubleshooting, the technician determined the problem immediately. It seem I had two defective GFI breakers that needed to be replaced which was done within an hour of arrival. The technician could not have been more professional and direct to the point. It is tough to be comfortable with looking for technical services when you are new to the area and do not have people you know to call upon for recommendations. I called this company after 5 others were busy and a month out like I said. The owner stated he couldn't do it today but if he got done with a job early he would call me. Of course, I've heard this before from other companies never hearing back from them. We'll, to my surprise I woke up yesterday to a phone call from Sean. They ended up sending two of their men to my house within the hour. They spent 2 hours at my house to add a sky light, cut 2 more boxes for outlets. Add the outlets, add a dimmer and put up my new light. Sean charged me every fair. I was very happy with the work!! I would recommend this company to everyone !!
