They assisted with explaining the damages to the insurance and also helped us make design choices! It was literally like building from the ground up. I got overwhelmed a few times and Jason and Luis both helped to explain the situation and get everything figured out from insurance to choosing the right paint to what length the flooring should be to make the house look the best. Their work was top notch and they treated us like we were top priority always. I know they had many other jobs going on at the same time as ours, but we never felt like they weren't there for us. Fast responses and they always returned our calls. We are already looking to do some other home improvements and will absolutely contract Big Iron Construction for those jobs as well! Integrity: Have you ever had your contractors back out out or come late or re-write the change order for work? Not Pinnacle. They worked with us during the entire process and were timely, respectful and thoughtful in craftmanship and delivery. We had cabinet built ins put into our home. They were the focal point of my living room. Jeff took my conceptual drawings and worked with his crew to make a beautiful product! His woodworking crew always sought perfection in design and craftsmanship. To the point that they improved on things I did not even see or realize. It's like they were building personal cabinets in their own home. Same with the paint crew who stayed late to rework items they were not happy with. In a time of high demand, everyone at Pinnacle placed quality over speed. You just cannot find this type of quality and ethic frequently. Responsiveness: I called an uncountable number of contractors, Jeff was able to visit our home within 24 hours and yield a quote shortly thereafter. Payment was a breeze, electronic, secure and professional. If I needed to ask Jeff about a change, he responded within the day if not hours / minutes. He was always a joy to work with. His staff was too. Everyone was kind and professional. I was (get this!) even sad when our job was over. Above & beyond:  Jeff does not just want to deliver. He wants to exceed your expectations. He will stop at nothing less to understand your style. He'll go to lengths to source materials to bring your requests to life. I think he hit up 5 stores to find our built in hardware. We'd hear from him on Sundays. Do people like him really still roam the earth? He was our contactor unicorn - contracticorn! LOL! Then he helped li'l ole me hang our curtain rods at the end to put in all together and ....get this helped us hang our TV. I literally felt like I hit the jackpot with Pinnacle and Jeff and his crews.  I consider them not only professionals but friends and ones with great delivery. When he showed for the job, he was professional and fixed the attic door. It had a bent arm, and we were losing heat because the door didn't fully close. He spent time adjusting the springs and replaced (both) side arms to keep the weight and tension evenly distributed. He got it done and we were pleased with the end result. DRIED PAINT ON CARPET: The 2nd task was to remove spilled, dried in paint on carpet. We tried everything ourselves to clean up the stain, and even rented, "Rug Doctor". We thought our only hope was to remove the carpet and tile that floor to match our other floors. Jacop said that he thought he could remove the stains, and to our amazement, he got it done with a wire brush and the appropriate stain removal for dried in paint. Jacop saved us a lot of money, and thanks to his honesty and problem solving, we didn't have to tile that room after all. It looks like there was never any stains on that carpet. We are incredibly happy with the end result and the money he saved us on not having to tile that room! Jacop is not only efficient, but also honest. Thank goodness that he came up with a solution, rather than hitting us with an expensive tile job. We appreciated his honesty, which is rare these days! He's a very nice person and we would use his services again.
