They called around and had the equipment they need it at my home within an hour. They said they would be done in two days and they were in fact done in two days even with the setback. Alfonso from Houston's Preferred Contractors was recommended to me to replace a driveway and patio. Alfonso was quick to survey the project and respond with a fair estimate. Alfonso's crew was scheduled to start at 7am. By 630 am they were in front of the house ready to start. Promptly at 7 am they began. Unfortunately, for the crew, the weather was a little chilly so it took longer than usual for the cement to cure. The crew stuck with it though until 945pm, constantly checking and sweeping the cement to ensure that it was smooth. They also had to contend with a feral cat who kept walking on the patio leaving footprints. But, they never complained, just kept sweeping the concrete. When they left, Alfonso added caution tape to the driveway so no one could drive on it. Alfonso checked in with us daily until the driveway was totally cured. He then returned to ensure that the entire area was clean. We were extremely pleased with Alfonso and his crew and would highly recommend them.
