Zarah had dirty hands from a previous client from tinting eyebrows. She did not use gloves. She used her dirty hands for my manicure shellac appointment. She removed my previous shellac using lots of rubbing alcohol using the metal wrap. Again she did not wear gloves for my appointment. She double booked my appointment with a client. She interrupted my service and served the other client. I wasn't expecting my appointment to be interrupted. I changed my future appointment with a different technician with a more experience.

When asked if they could add in some massage - again made a fuss about timing and said you should have mentioned about it while booking since we have other appointments.
