Left a message emphasizing my insurance, one of the best in the state. They called me back with an appointment of March 6. This woman didn't seem too bright either. This appointment was a FULL 9 WEEK WAIT! Emailed them them followed up by phone today, March 4. Got "We have no record of you or your appointment. " I was livid. Offered me another appointment 7 weeks from now. Oh, BTW, this was another ditz of a secretary. I told her to go to hell and hung up. My insurance covers any doctor or any medical center in all 6 New England states. I can also bet a whole lot sooner than 9 weeks, then they lose the appointment. WTF?!!!!!!!
