Excellent customer service on top of excellent jeans! I tried on about 20 pairs of jeans and they ALL fit! Thanks to the knowledgeable staff, they knew what size I need. They also pay for your parking. 2 thumbs up!

Amazing place incredible selection. Never been so well served in a store, they really care that you have the perfect fit weather it's premium or lose cost jeans. Alterations on the spot within 10 min!!! Highly recommend wouldn't go anywhere else

    Huge selection

Wow this place could be one if the best places for jeans in Canada or North America with their selection. Let me preface this review to say I had no intention to buy any jeans when I got here. None whatsoever!! I came here as my brother knew about this place and mentioned their prices are cheaper than most. For the last few years I have bought 7 for all mankind jeans at the outlets in the US. I can find these at the outlets for $99 or $129 whereas in Canada they go for $200-$249. A clear indication of pricing disparity by country. Perusing their selection I was pleasantly surprised to see they price 7's at $179. Okay... Got me thinking. So, I talked to one of the guys working here, explained the cut and style I prefer and he said let me grab you 5-6 pairs and you can try on. I mentioned I wanted something different from 7's. So...I proceeded to the line for change rooms. Yikes.....on this Saturday afternoon it must have been 15 people deep. They do have many change rooms and it is well organized with people working there directing people to change rooms and searching for new pairs for those that determine after trying on the fit isn't good. As I got to the front of the line I was being a bit cheeky with one of the guys and said why don't you hurry some of the people up? He said to me...no man, people need their time to try them on! OK... Maybe my comment was a bit jerkish...based on my impatience. He then said...it's okay I understand the line is long...it's okay to be a jerk... This is what we are paid for! He said it in a sort of funny yet sarcastic way that made me laugh! He led me to my change room and I must admit for 5-6 pairs. I took a bit of time even though I was trying them on faster. Okay maybe my comment was uncalled for! The service here is outstanding. The associates come take a look at you after you try them on and pinch by the waist then call out to another associate to search a different size. They throw the jeans across and say try these on... Even though they may seem smaller don't pay attention to the number. Wow I thought. This is damm good service. The guy who I made my comment to then came through with bottles of water and offered one to me and a few other people! I asked about alterations after selecting a pair of Fidelity Denim jeans and asked how long it would be to hem. He said for your brother 2-5 min. For you 45 min. Lol I laughed and said you're quick dude! He pinned my jeans and took them up... Did I mention****FREE***hemming and shortening while you wait? I went to see where a woman was behind a sewing machine and before I knew it they were at the cash and she said go pay! So...I ended up paying $149.99 + tax = $171 for an amazing pair of comfortable perfect fitting jeans that I didn't even have I mind when I came here. You may think I'm cookoo bananas for spending this much on jeans however for me it's an investment as jeans last me 5-7 years. I'm usually a window shopper. The experience here clearly exceeded my expectations! Sure it's expensive but they are as comfortable as 7's and the service was nothing short of amazing! My brother got 2 pairs of Mavi jeans that are usually over $100 for $70 a pair. They don't have just expensive jeans. They have jeans for every price, selection and style both mens and women's!

Imagine Winners or TJ Maxx on steroids and that will give you a vague idea of what you might find hunting through the racks here. They sell just about a bit of everything and then some and like Winners, you'll have no idea of what you'll find in the racks unless you take your sweet time to look. A friend of mine found an Alexander Wang coat which normally goes for $600, she found it here brand new for $20. I saw leather shoes from Portuguese cult brand Clamp for $60. Normally they're sold at well over $300 at special boutiques in Quebec City. On my first visit I walked away with a pair of Memphisto athletic sandals which are normally $150, I got them here for $40. I also got a pair of Clamp sock-lug soled boots for $50 and a Ralph Lauren waterfall maxi skirt for $15. You know Moose Knuckles? That winter coat company that's trying to outdo Canada Goose and sells their winter jackets for almost $1000? They have a secondary line called "Biannual" and normally those puffer winter coats go for $475. I saw them here for $80. More people need to know about this place. There some designer brands like DEX, Yoga Jeans, Joseph Ribkoff, and all these labels from Italy, Portugal and Spain which I never heard of but the quality of the clothes here were clearly very high. Location-wise, it's in the middle of the industrial wasteland of the Cote de Liesse area but it is literally across the street from IKEA. If you don't have a car, the 202 bus drops you off pretty close. If you have no patience looking through racks and expect to find your holy grail item instantly, forget it, that's not going to happen. If on the other hand you come in with the attitude of a treasure hunter and take your time looking through, I think you might be surprised at what you might walk away with.

But some things have changed: a new marquise, the addition of street art. This week is their annual sidewalk sale held every summer. Due to the closed businesses or vacant storefronts, the retailers displays were spaced out. The Plaza is 4 blocks long of budget retails, from Jean-Talon to Bellechasse streets. However, I had the impression that it was longer than this. Perhaps it's because I was still a kid back then. It's far from being my favourite shopping street, though it brings back childhood memories.

It's the part from Jean-Talon to Bellechasse where there is a glass covering the sidewalk. It's great for window-shopping, even if most of the stores have seen better days. While this street itself has seen a bit of a decline when indoor malls started opening, it has started to reverse. The area is becoming more and more famous for trendy bars and nightspots. The selection of restaurants goes from fast-food to old diners to upscale. It is still mostly about clothing boutiques, the fashion is hit or miss and it's over 90% women's fashion here but one could still find whatever one seeks here (batteries, luggage, perfume). Take a second to explore the streets that intersect the Plaza, Jean-Talon is a major artery for the city. Bélanger is up and coming, St-Zotique is more branché, Beaubien is the coolest (for me). Bellechasse is the quietest but it's good for a nice bike ride. Try to find when they have their sidewalk sales, you will not be disappointed.
