Went to Jean's today for the first time, upon walking in the smell was overwhelming, and not in a good way. There must have been a flood at some point of time, and it was never cleaned up properly, because the smell of mold and mildew was awful. We went looking at purchasing on of the beer making kits, when we reached the area that carried the beer and wine making kits, there was an additional odor, almost like something had died and was rotting. Under no circumstances were we going to purchase anything from this store, outside of the stench, the customer service was non-existent. We saw one employee as we were leaving, and never were we greeted or asked if we needed any assistance. We never write reviews, but hopefully the owners will see this, and clean up their act, not only for customers, but for employees, and the poor birds and small animals they sell. read more
