Went to Jean's today for the first time, upon walking in the smell was overwhelming, and not in a…read moregood way. There must have been a flood at some point of time, and it was never cleaned up properly, because the smell of mold and mildew was awful. We went looking at purchasing on of the beer making kits, when we reached the area that carried the beer and wine making kits, there was an additional odor, almost like something had died and was rotting. Under no circumstances were we going to purchase anything from this store, outside of the stench, the customer service was non-existent. We saw one employee as we were leaving, and never were we greeted or asked if we needed any assistance. We never write reviews, but hopefully the owners will see this, and clean up their act, not only for customers, but for employees, and the poor birds and small animals they sell.

I even bought that fish tank in and everything that's in the fish tank and I have well over 500 fish.

Have a long hair cat that had some very urgent peculiar needs due to something she had gotten into, Hollywood pet salon, handled it like a pro and got all of the garbage out of her fur. Also, a large dog with sensitivities, took her in there to be groomed and it was also a fantastic experience. Very reasonable pricing, incredible service and an accommodating proprietor- found my new grooming home!
