Back in the early 2000's I had the privilege of running a youth softball league. Insurance was needed and Huggins came through with flying colors! They helped me figure out the right coverage for the league and ensured the lowest cost and highest expertise in the field of athletics. At the time, I had my personal and business insurance through a charming little agency where I met Kari Coffee. It was refreshing to find an agent who knew exactly what my business needed and what my personal insurance coverage should be. So I was pretty sad when She decided to leave to pursue her dreams. Imagine my surprise when after the agency she worked for was sold, to find her at HUGGINS!! I immediately moved my accounts to Kari and Huggins, and have had absolutely no regrets and it has been smooth sailing! Kari and Huggins go out of their way to ensure all is well and right in my business and personal insurance accounts. I know I can count on them for service, integrity, accuracy, extensive knowledge and competitive pricing for everything I need coverage for, which is quite extensive. I will be with Huggins and KARI until their outstanding services and commitment to their clients is no longer needed. I would give 10 stars if I could. Avoid Huggins Insurance and Liberty Mutual…read more Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Huggins Insurance, Liberty Mutual, Kari Coffey, or Cristina Bakanaga. I was a customer of Huggins Insurance for many years and consistently paid my premiums. On May 28, my Liberty Mutual business liability policy was canceled for alleged nonpayment, even though I had already submitted my payment. I later provided proof of payment from my bank. Even after providing that documentation, I did not receive the assistance I expected in recovering my $1,581.98 refund from Liberty Mutual. I ultimately had to handle the matter myself. My Washington contractor bond was also canceled even though it had been issued only about a month earlier and had been paid for a full one-year term. As a longtime customer, I expected Kari Coffey and Cristina Bakanaga at Huggins Insurance to advocate on my behalf with Liberty Mutual. That was not my experience. Instead, I was left trying to resolve the issue on my own while my refund remained unpaid. If you are considering Huggins Insurance or Liberty Mutual, I encourage you to carefully research your options before making a decision. If you are already a customer, it may be worth comparing other agencies that you believe will provide stronger support if a billing or coverage issue arises.
