We have had 2 agents change on us without notice or change addresses without any notice, then we had to jump on the band wagon ASAP in order to obtain an agent. My current situation/claim with Sublimity makes me happy that the claim, that was not my fault, is only on one of our cars, & NOT our home. If one has to contact the Insurance Commissioner in Salem for help & guidance, as we did, what does that say about this insurance company?
