Well, unfortunately for me the only replacements they could find were paver bricks, not meant for installing on walls ,used in creating walkways. NONE but Lowell Russell provided what we feel is the best value for the costs. We had already had five of them out and weren't overly pleased with any of them (costs were high, timelines were long, etc.). Lowell himself was here to take measurements on our last take and we were very pleased with the costs in comparison to the work required. Other contractors required a week or two to get back to us with a quote. Lowell had one that very day, right after his final measurements. Refreshing! Over the Summer, they were catching up to other jobs but kept us informed on our project, every step of the way. When the big day came, their crew showed up and immediately went to work. We are very impressed with their crew and how efficient they are. Watching Lee, they filled in wherever he needed them, without really saying much, if anything. They are so in tune with each other, it's a seamless operation. That really impressed us. We are extremely pleased with our patio and have had all our neighbors over, who also were impressed. It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. The next day, they returned to insulate the walls. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and furnishings, and left everything clean when they were done.
