That day they had a tow truck driver come get my car. The man was very polite ! Since then they called me weekly, maybe even twice a week to give me an update on my car - from letting me know it was at their shop, to informing me of the supplement and back and forth with allstate and then to letting me know they were getting started sooner than expected.
