They were very busy but got to me with in 15 minutes. After they were finished they put the tire back to my car. As I was getting ready to pay them the gentleman waved me goodbye and said it's on the house, have a great day! I said that wasn't necessary but he insisted and I went my way. So, THANK YOU! That made my day!

He called the towing dispatch to see if they could get ahold of the ownder to find out where he was or what was going on. The dispatcher sent him text messages and called him and said she could tell that he read the messages but he never responded and never called my husband back. I called the towing dispatch again around 11:00am and the lady said she would have thought that the owner would have contacted my husband, so she sent him another message. As if moving were not stressful enough, we have to add this to the frustration. We had people lined up to help us load the trailer and still had to pay them because they showed up even though we had no trailer to load. This is total crap!! U-haul cancelled our reservaation and gave us a $50 credit. Whoopie!!! That does not even cover what we had to pay the people to help us load the trailer. Now our moving is postponed and the people we had lined up to help us are not available. Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful!!! This is a total lack of customer service and a total blow to our moving plans. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
