Emails get returned quickly; all of the guys are ready to help take care of whatever you need. They were very easy to work with before the wedding and genuinely excited to work on my wedding (my mother worked with them through most of this time and LOVED all of them). I had some very specific things that I wanted and there was no hesitation to work it out as well. They were so excited to try some of their new equipment (which included a camera that attached to the front of our limo that took video as it made it's way up to our mansion reception venue). During the wedding/reception I barely even remember seeing them. They're very non-invasive but get AMAZING footage! The only time I remember seeing them after the ceremony was during photos between the ceremony and reception. They were quite active during this time and took footage while we were taking pictures and also jumped in and did some of their own shots which are really neat additions to the video. My husband and my favorite part of the video is a section they did at the end where everybody is dancing. They took one song and took clips from the dancing that lined up PERFECTLY. The editing is outstanding. Overall the project took a while to perfect, but it was WELL worth the wait. The dvds themselves have a photo of your choosing and the case is a beautiful wrap around photo of your choosing. A huge thank you to this company from me and my entire family!

They worked with our budget, got us a great package, and kept in touch through out the whole engagement. They did an amazing job on our engagement pictures and even drove an hour away to shoot at the location of our choosing. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about the big day at all, I just let them do their thing knowing everything would turn out beautifully! They always use 2 photographers to get several perspectives and they are a great team! We had Bryce and Mac for our engagement and then Bryce and Zach for the wedding (7/14/12). All three guys were friendly and fun and got along with everyone. They were there early to set up and stayed late to get every last shot. Really can't say enough good things about them. We'll be using them for all our future family photography needs for sure!

Angela scheduled the appointment so Russ would be nearby already. She was friendly. I had purchased…read morea garage door inspection and roller replacement deal through Angie's List and the appointment was scheduled for a week away from the time I called. Russ was also friendly and seemed to know a lot about garage doors. He inspected the door, replaced the rollers, and replaced some hinges that had broken off prior to the visit. Two of the panels were sagging so he suggested bracing them to prevent further damage to the door. He advised getting a new garage door opener in the future (and left some literature with models and prices) to meet knew safety standards. He showed me the sticker that indicated the door and opener were installed in the 80s. It was only additional $66 for the bracing and extra hinges. The garage door is the quietest its been the entire time we've lived here.
