We didn't know what to expect and we were worried that things would drag on endlessly and that deals would fall apart at the last minute. Thank God for Julie. Her background is in loan modifications for mortgages and that kind of insight was incredibly useful during our short sale. Julie sat down with us and spelled out EXACTLY what was going to happen and when. She anticipated the road blocks that were likely to arise (and they did) and then she spelled out in advance how we would handle them. In all, everything went exactly as she said it would. We found a buyer and had the sale approved within the time frame she initially spelled out. Best of all, Julie handled all of the mounds of paperwork. Yes, we had to fill out lots of financial info, but we handed it off to Julie and she made sure everything got where it needed to go within all of the "can't miss" deadlines we were given. Since the short sale process can be emotional -- especially in the middle of a divorce -- it was an immense comfort to know that Julie was handling this process for us. Julie also handles traditional real estate deals. I would recommend her for any real estate transaction. She's highly motivated. She has tremendous knowledge about the real estate market, current trends, and what it takes to get a house sold. While we used Julie for a short sale, I I can't imagine that she'd be the type to let a house sit on the market for long even for a traditional sale.
