We are out 3500.00 and the Bank says since we have a business account, they are not liable and can't do anything about it We have been loyal customers of theirs for 11 years!!!! They offered to "investigate" the fraud for 25.00 per incident which will cost 800.00 more, with no guarantee we will recover any of the stolen money. Thanks Preferred Bank. We cold lose our house because of this. Preferred Bank is not a good bank , in my opinion.
