These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Went here to return an Amazon purchased items- no label/ no box needed . Associate stated it could…read morenot be returned b/c it was in a clear plastic bag. WHICH it was suppose to BE as stated on the Amazon website "item should be returned in original packaging"!! Beyond frustrating. Associate almost seemed to enjoy our frustration?? On a seperate trip had passport picture done at this location. When I returned home in the envelope was a 4x4 size photo. REQUIRED for passports are 2x2 size photo. :( DO NOT go to this UPS
