    My husband and I have a joint account with this bank and have had it for well over a year now. Just…read moreabout every month we make contact with one employee who fixes all the mistakes of other employees who make these mistakes with our account. Our very first issue being during the opening of our account and the misspelling and printing of major paperwork with said account. An error made by an inexperienced employee who then put the responsibility on me to fix it. Which turns out had to be done on an employees computer! Now we are currently waiting to have our most recent fix. Saturday my husband received 2 bonus checks (as he does every 3 months) from his locally owned and operated employer and when I went to deposit and cash said checks I kept part of one of the 2 checks in cash. Good thing I did because the juvenile teller put a hold on all of it til tuesday morning. I can't wait to talk to the one good employee this bank has, but I will be taking my name off our account and convincing my husband this bank isn't worth it for us. It's really not. 1 fantastic employee isn't worth a year and a half of constant screw ups by the other tellers.

    my first issue with this bank is that they don't have any noticeable people of color working there…read more but i see plenty of people of color. you have four locations and not one noticeable person of color. shameful. please look at this. they'll take your money but they won't let you earn money. my second issue is below. ridiculous! why merge banks if customer service is going to decline! i promise you i will be looking for another bank i've been with this bank for about 35 years. also had my family to become members of this credit union. ridiculous on the phone twice told their 10 people ahead me as i wait for someone to answer the phone. this happened in the a.m. and in the p.m. chose the loan center bas an option, oh no problem immediately transferred. try to call and speak with someone who is in charge of the call center was told i'll be transferred and it was disconnected. credit union you've gotten worse! shame on you. don't merge go back to individual banking! and also hire some people of color would not in the 60s.

Since they've got a little bit bigger, you can see that that is kind of went to the wayside. My son totaled his car in January of this year. It was covered under insurance and the bank should've been paid. However, insurance claims they didn't have the title which I was unaware of. Fast forward and I get a phone call from a very rude customer service agent telling me and threatening me that they were going to send me to collections. I was very shocked because I had no idea what was going on. Told him I would do what I could. I was unaware of it. Instead of them working with me they chose to report it to credit. I then try to talk with the head of collections and Louis, who is a higher up. It's very very clear that they're only worried about bottom line and not customer service. So a total loss a car that I haven't had in six months they chose to just now report it to the credit agency. I then tried to show them that I'm not screwing them over never intended to, and then was told that if a loan of mine came across their desk, they would probably tell me to go to another bank. So save yourself, the heartache and the disappointment. They've grown a little bit too big to wear. Customer service just doesn't matter anymore.

    UPDATE: I tried reaching out to customer services as mentioned in your response and I received an…read moreemail back where I shared my phone number for someone to get into contact with me. While I did miss the initial phone call from customer services, I called on three separate occasions, but have not yet heard back from anyone. It is disappointing as I was hopeful due to your prompt response to my initial review. SECOND UPDATE: I had the opportunity to speak with someone from customer service and have to commend them on their fantastic service. While my experience in the bank left a lot to be desired, the customer service representative listened to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and talked me through the next steps of their process looking into the matter. I appreciate the time the representative took to speak with me and how I at no time felt like he was just saying words to placate me or get me off the phone. Thank you for the follow up. I do wish that same level of customer care was shown in the branch and it is a pity that a single employee can give the whole company a bad review. While I maintain the one star rating for this specific branch, I do want to commend their customer service team and the great work that they do.

Upon…read morearrival, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from Austin P., who made me wait 10 minutes before assisting me. When another employee finally helped me, he proved to be woefully unprepared to answer basic questions about business accounts. He consistently required computer verification and often provided incorrect information, which I had to correct using the US Bank website. The entire process took a frustrating hour, during which I was forced to stand the entire time as no seating was offered. I only chose US Bank because it was the sole option in Jefferson City offering Zelle for business accounts; smaller local banks only provide this service for personal accounts.
