I ordered a 3 meat meal the first time and 2 meat choice the second time.i had ribs (2Xs) they're fall off the bone good , ham , sausage (pineapple sausage) chicken (again fall off the bone) fried shrimp and Cajun fries , red beans and green beans. The place is in a trade center and huge seating area if you'd like to take a break on a long drive and have some great food. I found some jalapeño crackers on one of the shelves and those were snacked on during my 1 hr drive back to Shreveport.

They have table service or takeout. Everyone was very nice and service was quick. There are lots of tables inside. The pulled pork was cooked beside the restaurant, was really "pulled" not chopped and was fresh, not reheated. It was really good. The sides were just OK and that's why only 4 stars. The green beans were right out of a can. If you're traveling I20, check this place out. It's better than Burger King.
