I ordered Mother's Day flowers using Ava's flowers. Those sites contact a local florists for…read moredelivery. They used Rainbow Floral. However, you are suppose to get the same flowers which are in the pictures online. I paid for a large arrangement of a bouquet. First, the flowers were delivered 4 days after the delivery date I chose which was after Mother's Day. When they delivered them, they were nothing like the picture. After I sent my mom the picture of what I ordered, she took the flowers back down to Rainbow Floral and showed them the picture. Their response was they don't get all the money from the 3rd party sites and if you want it to look like the picture, order straight from them. If you have a problem with that maybe you shouldn't contract with them but that's not my problem. I paid for what I saw online and expected the same flowers. They are definitely getting over with that and know they delivered some left over Mother's Day scraps. I didn't want a refund but at least you could have made the arrangement look better. I feel that was bad customer service.

Last year I accidentally ordered flowers to be sent to same place as this year from a Marshall florist, although they too were late by a day, they did at least call and apologize and set new delivery time with recipient-my mom. No problem. Very pretty arrangement. So THIS time I wanted to definitely have a Saturday delivery (day before Mother's Day) so I ordered from a local florist in town, 1/2 mile away which is only a 5 1/2 block walk. I viewed, found and ordered a beautiful and unique (in my opinion) type of arrangement Also why not support local businesses, right? Well... Order supposed to be there Saturday the 11th (day before Mother's Day) and have yet to receive the flower order or a phone call explaining the reason for delay...as I can be forgiving but COME ON! I even ordered the premium choice. Not happy! Giving them 2 more hours then I'm calling. So we shall see...how they treat me will determine if I ask for a refund or hope to still give, what looks to be, a pretty arrangement to my dear Mother! Will update later. Here's what I ordered:
