Poor Management. Stay clear. They cancel my 3 appointments made weeks ago for the same day. They call 8 days before appointments and say they need to cancel one and would I like to reschedule all 3 to keep them together. I wanted to get appointments done before end of 2024, so I kept two. They call the following day and tell me they need to reschedule the other 2. They had no intention of keeping the remaining 2 appointments and figured if they said they needed 2 cancel 1, I would reschedule all 3. Very dishonest place. Apparently they decided to close until after the New Year and the only way I found that out is from another Google review where another patient had his 3 appointments cancelled for the last week of 2024 and now he loses his FSA money. I had an appointment for an X ray and 2 MRIs two weeks ago. The appointment went smoothly, the people I dealt with there were kind, professional and helpful. 2 weeks later I still don't have results and now have to postpone my follow up with my doctor, even though I am in intense pain. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Don't use Jefferson Radiology if you have any other options. read more

Several comments below comment on having to wait and wait until the doctor gets a report from Jefferson Radiology. i've been waiting for ten days for the results of a CT scan of my sinuses. Too long of a wait. Are they understaffed? On vacation? Even my doctor's office complained to me about the time it takes to get results. I'll go somewhere else when I next have to have a medical test although I did find the staff friendly and helpful. But where is the doctor so we can get results more quickly?? read more

I called to make an appointment, the girl told me I didn't have to but could if I wanted to. She was so polite and patient with me trying to find my insurance info that she needed. When I got there, a few patients were at the two open booths to check in. I waited my turn. I got called and the girl wasn't rude but just had no personality towards the customers. I tried to make small talk with her and nothing. I am not trying to have a huge conversation but a little small talk makes the patient more comfortable. That was the only issue I had, the tech that did my x ray was very nice and professional the woman on the phone and even some employees in the hall that said hello when we walked by. read more

Disappointing that their "24 hours to 72 hours guarantee" for prompt clinical review and reporting for my abdominal CAT scan has ballooned out to 7 days. I call in and they are bothered I have called ! Little accountability to those paying for their services. No communication also back to the clinician ordering the scan or to the patient via patient portal that there is a delay and "sorry' that you would see in any other industry . read more

Great place for x-Ray, professional staff and good orderly service. This place didn't exist on Yelp, so I had to add it into Yelp businesses in orders to checkin. I've been here a few times now & it's real, LOL. There seems to be no doctors here, just tech. x-rays, MRIs etc. Came here again to pick up films for my doctor visit & didn't have to wait too long. Overall, I've had good experiences here. read more

Wait times for results are ridiculous. Waited over 10 days for an ultrasound report. Other offices are about a 3-4 wait. Last time going to the Bloomfield office. Not sure if they are understaffed. read more

I have been using Jefferson Radiology for years for mammograms and they were fine. About a week ago my husband had an X-ray done for a problem with his back and legs and still no results have been sent to a doctor. The doctors office said it normally takes 4 weeks which is totally ridiculous. He's hobbling around on crutches and has already started physical therapy but no one knows what's wrong because he can't get the X-ray! I don't understand why it should take so long. X-rays should be available immediately. What if he broke a bone and doesn't know it? Then 4 weeks later they have to re-break the bone because it didn't set correctly? Come on, they have to do better than that! read more

Can't say enough about the professional here. I had a terrible experience at the Farmington branch. Here they were so helpful. After taking the second Valium I wasn't sure I could lock and then unlock my valuables, they said they would take of it and they l. Did offered me water to take the second bill. Told me each time how long the various test would,take, Gave me ear phones, the other place wouldn't. Covered me with a blanket when I said I was cold. If I ever need another MRI this is where i go!!!! read more

I drove my Breast Cancer Survivor mother to Jefferson Radiology June 14 at 1:10pm. Asked for a reasonable accommodation request under ADA to fill out my mother paperwork. I was told No twice. Your "agent" also told another nurse I was "difficult" for asserting my mother's legal rights. Since we was early I was told I have to 30 minutes until my mother appointment to fill out her paperwork. I told Jefferson Radiology agent, I came early to fill out her paper work so I can go and pick my mother up later. I had to threaten to call my lawyer before your Agent agreed to allow me to fill out my mother paper work. My mother and I have been going to Jefferson Radiology for over 30 years. Jefferson Radiology spotted my mother's cancer early and is one of the reason my mother is alive. That's why as ADA compliance specialist I am so shocked by Jefferson Radiology agent willful discrimination. Medical billing disaster. Got billed for services that were not provided and then turned over to collections when we disputed the charges. Try to get this fixed on our credit report which is otherwise pristine. Trying to refi our mortgage and getting higher rates as a result of these guys incompetence. They need to get their act together. read more

Went for an MRI appointment at 3pm. After submitting all paperwork and a 15 minute wait they brought me to the changing area and said they'd be right with me (the technician seemed confused and flustered). 45 minutes later (mind you they had not checked on me, given me clothes to change into nor informed me of anything though several technicians passed by me)....I finally said something. Another tech went to check....3 people STILL AHEAD OF ME?!?!?! We are talking that I was already there a hour with no communication and now facing another 1-2 hour wait? Go F*** yourself (I said in my head). No apologies. And of course they are the only ones close enough to fit into my so called schedule. read more

I am speaking here representing my wife who has experienced frustration. She has experienced 2 separate cancers this past year. This is one of the only imaging facilities that local doctors are linked to. With that said, sometimes it take 10 days to 2 weeks to get into the place. The night (after 5:00pm) before her appointment, they called to say that they were requiring an additional order from the doctor relating to the procedure that was to take place the next day. They wanted to cancel the appointment for another 2 weeks. This is MUCH too long to wait when one is under stress. We urged them to keep the appointment while WE did the leg work in contacting the doctor to issue the order early the next morning. The staff is great, and the care that my wife was given there was excellent: kind and compassionate. The scheduling and the administration needs work. read more

Please be aware of Jefferson Radiology billing department. Services were performed by JR and they claim to have sent bills to my address on file, however no bills were ever received. In addition, they sent to collections without calling to verify receipt of billings prior. There is obviously a breakdown in the billing system in the office as the representative claims it is an automated process. read more

Have been here several times for a mammogram. Recently, went in for a bone density test. When I made the appointment, was told to have a picture ID ready the day of the test at check in. I had a mammogram and a bone density test. The mammogram was fine the people nice. But bone test was different. The lady who called me in was very rude and inpatient. She walked so fast I did not know where she went she finally looked out a door,that is how I knew where to go. I am 77 with a bad leg and can't walk too fast. When test was over she exit the room and stood at the desk the woman sitting there asked her what was wrong? Hearing this I said I know some people don't have patient with older people, and I am moving at the pace I can. The woman who took the test said something like no no. Have a nice week end.But she had already put a cloud over that. I was glad to leave. read more
