He unloaded it, and noticed the hose was busted prior to being used. He called, discussed the issue and was told he could run it, but to keep an eye on the hydraulic fluid. He attempted to operate the equipment, but was not able to use it due to the issue. He returned the equipment. They said the hose was punctured after leaving the site. No proof of inspection prior to us bringing the excavator home was provided. They refused to work with us on the issue. Jeff refuses to discuss resolving the issue, and there was no partial refund given or opportunity to use another piece of equipment. Be cautious when using this company.

When I had not heard from them by 2:45, I called again and they said, "we got behind, but we can come that way soon." This company is 40 minutes from my house, so by the time they finally arrived, our party had started 2 hours before. In all, they were 3 hours behind schedule. Only after we asked did they offer to take off $100 from our final bill of almost $450. Once they got it set up, the bouncy house smelled of mildew and was duck taped together in places. Overall I was highly disappointed with the service and the quality of their items. I will not rent from them again. Having said that, everyone that worked there was courteous, kind, and respectful but I was disappointed in their attempt to resolve and inexcusable error on their part
