No apologies or explanation given. I rescheduled for the following Monday and things went ok. I was fitted for glasses and told they would have them in two weeks. I showed up his morning and they did not have the glasses. The assistant told me they could have them in another week. I live 30 minutes from this office and the least I thought they could do was call me before I traveled to their office, but that did not happen.
