My only complaint is that they always require you to pay substantially more than the co-pay is expected to be with the understanding they will reimburse you. The problem is it is like "pulling teeth" to get the reimbursement. My insurance processed the claim the day after my visit, and that has been about 3 months, and still waiting.

Just seems like a real lack of integrity here and I found another place doing the same work for $500 less out of pocket.

This past weekend, a tooth broke, forcing the crown off, and causing pain. Called to see about getting in. Staff said they don't do emergencies, and wouldn't attempt to work him in for a month. He hung up on them, called another dentist, who will get him in on Wed. Smiles refused to take a half payment last year when he offered to pay something until the insurance reviewed a poorly written letter. Stated it messed up their billing.
