Now they want to charge me another 1,500 for the advice I originally paid them for. Ive been given the run around without any answers. Took my money and still at square 1. If you are looking for things to move quickly and great service this is not the firm you are looking for. Take your number in line and have a seat.

WARNING! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES!!!…read more I don't normally write negative reviews, but felt it necessary in this case to save others from being fraudulently charged to negotiate a short sale. This is actually illegal and is FREE for the client. This law firm was referred to me by Maureen Hale, a realtor I had just met. Jovan, the attorney's husband, called me a couple times trying to convince me this was the best course of action and that I should go with them. I almost did, but just couldn't get rid of a bad feeling I had, and when I saw there were no reviews for them I researched further. I spoke with three other real estate attorneys who do short sales and other short sale realtors. They unanimously agreed that any and all charges related to the short sale process were negotiated with the lender and covered by the sale of the house. Further research on my part proved this to be true. This is when I realized their practices are actually illegal. They are charging a fee to provide a service, that, if they follow through, they will get paid for it in full. I wonder if they ever follow through, or just make their money scamming people.
