Dr. Jeff saw me today. I had a lot of questions about cosmetic dentistry, and I have always felt that my teeth were very difficult to work with. Dr. Jeff and his staff answered all of my questions with incredibly sincerity, and provided me a plan of action that they would like me to take to improve my smile. I was wrote in promptly for my appointments to get as much done as soon as possible, and his team went to work immediately. Dr. Jeff and his team began their job (and yes, they do an excellent job at numbing and comforting patients), and once they started, he observed another problem area. Instead of stopping the current procedure to ring up how much more the other work would cost and when to schedule appointment, Dr. Jeff did the work right then and there! I have never met a doctor that could fix two problems at the same time for no additional cost. After the procedure, his high-tech equipment showed me every thing that he did before, during, and after the procedure. I honestly cannot remember a time my smile looked this good, and it is directly because of Dr. Jeff and his incredible team. Most thorough and painstaking dental evaluation I've received. The dental hygienists and Dr Berger worked together as a well coordinated team. After the initial examination a subsequent series of procedures was outlined with a clear understanding of what was to be done and how much each proceduce in the sequence would cost. No misunderstandings. For my first visit, Robin, the oral hygienist, cleaned my teeth and performed a laser gum treatment all in one sitting. Afterwards my mouth felt much better and my dry mouth disappeared completely. At my next appointment, Dr Berger prepped a molar in the left back of my upper mouth, installed a crown and filled some cavities in an adjacent upper molar. Nitrous oxide was administered as an anesthetic. The whole procedure took almost four hours but began to heal up nicely over the next two days. Tooth is much better and a persistent pain in on the left side of my neck disappeared, which must have been due to the decayed molar all the while. Feeling much better, thank you. I have a series of dental procedures spaced over a period of time and hope they all go as smoothly. Pricing was clear from the start and was less expensive than I had anticipated. read more

The dental office is one of the most attentive I have ever been too. Dr. Jeff is very thorough and he will without a doubt make all of the recommendations that you need for health and for cosmetics. However, he will not push you, he will just be honest about what can be done if you are interested in the cosmetic side. He has a great deal of concern for your dental health and happiness and this is reflected by his actions and that of his staff. You will be treated with respect and kindness. The staff will remember who you are as if this is Mayberry and they have known you for 20 years. If you have an emergency, you will get assistance. my experience with everyone in the office of Dr. Jeff Berger has been very patient and kind in trying to figure out the best appointment for me and without having insurance I was expecting a very large sum of money to come up with. Upon walking into Dr. Jeff's office you realize this is not your typical dental practice. The staff is amazingly attentive and compassionate. It is evident that there is a high level of expertise among everyone in the office. I was thoroughly informed as to what my dental needs were and what the process would be. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments. Dr. Jeff and staff make me feel comfortable and at home as soon as I walk in the door. I appreciate that they stay current with dental technology & trends and are always updating procedures and equipment to make a patients experience pleasant. At my last cleaning (thank you Robin!) Dr. Jeff was able to use a small pen like camera to show me a crack in my tooth as well as a worn filling that needs replacement. Dr. Jeff is the best dentist i've had in the 60+ years i've been going to the dentist. He recently removed a back tooth, added a bone graft, totally rebuilt my top back 3 teeth and had my teeth cleaned and xrayed. I had no pain and he did a fabulous job! The office there is very friendly and organized and the staff is fantastic including their dental assistant and the hygenist . They put together a great plan for getting my teeth in perfect condition and will be doing an implant later. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Dr. Berger is more than a nice dentist. He has a personal gift for dentistry. He is up to date on all the advances in dentistry, even producing top quality crowns and appliances in his own lab. I am afraid that if the world finds out about Dr. Berger's ability and expertise, there won't be standing room left for me to see him. He and his staff are fantastic. We have been going to Dr. Jeff for about 9 years. My family loves going to the dentist! My kids are 5 & 3 and they beg me to get their teeth cleaned by Miss Robin! They love Miss Rashele in the office and Dr. Jeff! The office is always very friendly! Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Were able to get me in early for my needs and squeezed me in for quick check on an ache. Updated: Now that I have been seen and had work done.... Had to have a root canal and crown. I'm not a fan of dental work, but they made me feel very comfortable.
