Horrible service. Paperwork was not completed correctly and proceeds from the sale of our home was…read moremisplaced! When i called the manager at Crossroads, Rachel, she kept deflecting any blame. "We are only humans." Then proceeded to explain that her assistant, then she, and then the wire transfer department ALL neglected to make sure our account number was on the form. THREE people failed in completing their JOBS! We called our financial institution and the money was properly applied to our account, no thanks to Crossroads. I would not have chosen Crossroads, but it was a choice of the buyer. As a buyer or seller, you have a choice on your title company. There are others and better companies in Bay County. Choose wisely.
