Worst pawn shop in history! These guys are nothing but thugs and just want to screw you over! Save time, aggravation & money by not stopping there! Horrible atmosphere, the place smells bad, the workers and the owner (Jeffrey Decker) are obnoxious and possess no people skills at all! A team of 6th grade students could run a better business than any of these people at this pawn shop could ever do! While I was in there (looking at a TV towards the rear of the store) I heard the owner and an employee talking about "lighting up a blunt"!!!!!! I don't know if they forgot a customer was in the store or are just that arrogant that they couldn't care less who hears them! I walked right out of the store and now I want to help others stay away from this horrible place! read more

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. The store was a complete and utter mess and there wasn't any space to walk from the clutter. I felt like i was on an episode of hoarders. A customer was ejected from the store in front of me for trying to return or exchange an item that was said didn't work. and this was after the clerk admitted that she would be able to return the item for the customer if there was an issue. just to point out they wouldn't ask for an exchange if the item worked. Judging by what looked like the appearance of bullet holes in the store's front window it is safe to say it looks like costumers have been ripped off here before. do to the rudeness of the attendant and overwhelming mess of the store I immediately left the store and would not suggest this store for anyone. read more
