The kids love how she explains math so clearly. They just get it when she teaches them. And they really get it because she's asking them questions during the session to check their understanding. Confidence and grades have soared! My 7 year old tutors with Laura because he wants to increase his math skills. I especially love that she doesn't limit what he can learn at his age. I looked up many tutoring centers in the area and decided on CEC. I signed her up for AST twice a week. Within two weeks she was starting to get it and even got an 85% on her math test - which before she averaged 70%. They reach out to my daughter's Math teacher thru e-mail. To ensure that each curriculum is practiced and drilled accordingly. I had my daughter go to other Math tutoring establishments. But the results were abysmal at best. What she needed was someone to teach her the Common Core Math, that me or my wife could not teach since we both grew up on Classical Mathematics. It was a frustrating experience for us and our daughter. So if, as a parent you struggle to teach your kids your way of Math. You're not alone! Common Core Math is quite different and can lead to lower scores for your kids especially when written formulas are required in the tests. Quality is never cheap! C2 brings quality tutoring to the highest level i have ever seen in Math. 2 hour sessions at least 2x per week. With assessment reports sent directly to you, the parent.
