Now, I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it turns out the payment was accepted it's been a nightmare, months ! Additionally, my daughter has overheard inappropriate conversations from tutors, including remarks like, "Oh my, if my sheets could talk." Such conversations are entirely inappropriate to have around children. For this reason, I'd rather lose the $9,000 I've already spent than subject my child to that environment again. Please be careful and don't be fooled . Now I have to wait months for their foolishness, Nice!

While waiting, I was told to "get off the floor," despite there being no posted policy restricting where I could stand or sit. I calmly responded that she did not own the entire floor and that I was simply ensuring my brother was able to enter for his exam. When I asked for her name so I could properly address the issue, she refused and stated she did not have to identify herself. That lack of transparency and accountability is concerning in a professional testing environment. I am a Regional Vice President with Primerica and routinely send candidates to PSI for licensing exams. Interactions like this raise serious concerns about how candidates and their families are treated and whether the testing environment is unnecessarily hostile. PSI should address staff training and professionalism immediately.

This place is really "all-in-one" which is really convenient for working parents. They offer a pick up service from my child's school and feed them snacks once they arrive at Quest. I have piece of mind knowing that my son is well taken care of from the moment they are picked up. As for their homework help class, I double check my son's homework each night to make sure it's complete, and I have no problems with the quality. I was a little concerned about the shift to common core at my son's school, but the teachers at Quest know how to explain common core methods very well. My son also has private tutoring for reading since he was a little behind. His tutor is great and I've seen so much improvement in his reading fluency and comprehension. He's much more confident in this subject now! The staff there are very courteous and more than willing to work with you to resolve any concerns and issues. I'm very happy with sending my kid here!
