Which was wonderful, because he had his hands full with the same of my late mother's home. The language of the will demanded that certain protocols be followed. Will's contacts and support people knew exactly had to be done in each case. I was concerned about the listing when Will recommended a higher initial asking price. But when I asked him to explain (or justify the higher price, really) he has some great answers. The house had some upgrades and it was a larger four-bedroom model that the comps shown in the MLS. Guess what? Will was right. We listed the house for $20,000 more than others suggested, and he got a contract within ten days. Now -- I did follow his advice. He told me what to do, and what not to worry about. But that's what I was paying him for. He knows how to make these sales happen (or purchases, if you are on the buyer's side).
