Not only did Davis give me a reasonable & detailed estimate, they provided a step-by-step timeline, to get my entire house ready for market. They have kept on-budget and on-schedule, as promised! Their first weekend of work changed the outside of my house, from run-down looking, to one of the nicest in the neighborhood! They dug out several old, ugly shrubs, planted a selection of pretty flowers and plants, then trimmed and mulched the garden areas, even creating a new mulch circle around the front yard tree. They painted all the shutters, front door, and screen porch; put up new, classy porch lights; fixed and cleaned all the gutters, and trimmed out a huge amount of overgrown shrubs and dead branches from the back yard!
