My son goes to Jems. Wow! So much care from the owners and teachers!!!!! The rabbi himself is friends with every kid. The rabbi's wife is one of the most caring people I've ever met. She connects with every kid. My son loves her like family. I feel so lucky that we found Jems. The teachers send pictures every day so I can see how my kid is doing. This is not a normal school. Wow. Where do I start? First of all let's start with the simple aesthetics, the preschool is GORGEOUS! The level of workmanship is obvious as soon as you step in. Kudos to whoever designed this building, it really is a beautiful building! Secondly, speaking to the more important aspect, the level of warmth and care by the staff, and Dvonye and the Rabbi. My kids have been there for awhile and to see the level of Yiddishkeit and the love of Judaism that has come alive in them as a result of this facility. Thank you so much for everything Chabad. JEMS Preschool is an incredible school! The Director, Dvonye Korf along with her staff of Morahs, have created a very special space for the little ones filled with tons of love, care, and warmth. Our daughter started JEMS at 3 years old, and it was the best decision my husband and I could have ever made. I adore that it is a small school, with smaller class sizes, communication with teachers is simple and effective-always, and the time and effort that is put into the academics is top of the line. I must not forget, that the inclusion of yoga, STEAM, cooking and Jewish traditions, language, and identity tapped into the overall curriculum is exceptional. Our daughter looks forward to going to school everyday and it truly warms my heart when she comes home singing and dancing songs she learned at school (in Hebrew), and gushing out stories about her awesome day at school. We can't say enough good things about Jems Preschool! Our daughter absolutely loves going there every day and is completely at home with all of the teachers. My wife and I feel like we're dropping her off with family, that's how comfortable we are with the whole staff. They do a great job of keeping things lively, positive, and nurturing on every level for the children. We love the Jewish aspect and how our daughter learns about the traditional holidays and customs. Jems is also very welcoming to families with any degree of Jewish observance. Lastly, the classrooms are brand new and beautifully designed, so the facility is a top-notch place for kids to spend the day. Our younger daughter already comes with us to drop off her big sister every day, and she can't wait to start attending herself. read more
