I found it very off putting that the focus appeared to be on whether a customer spoke loudly or enthusiastically enough rather than simply providing a pleasant and respectful experience. The employee has no way of knowing what customers may be dealing with in their personal lives. Because of this interaction, my husband and I chose to leave immediately. For context, during my previous visit I spent around $60 on several items, so this feedback is not coming from a lack of interest in supporting the business. It's genuinely unfortunate to leave a review like this, as the product itself was good.
