Bought 60 3 M powerflow filters from them. They "accidentally" shipped three. Instead of apologizing, owner got very petulant: "We would rather do business with decent and understanding customers versus threatening and harassing customers. We have received your emails through other channels and would highly prefer not trying to work with you". I guess letting 3M know they were charging $200 for a $20 product is harassment. I'm a anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital and they sent me a box of free n95s! As you all know, we are facing extreme shortages of PPE during this pandemic. Healthcare workers are at the front lines without proper equipment to keep ourselves safe. A friend of mine responded to a Facebook post giving them my address, 2 days later I received a box. This is a family owned store that has the friendliest staff. They work hard to keep within your budget, the items they sell are good quality brand names. From the time you walk in the door and meet with the counter service associate, then to your sales associate to the warehouse staff that pull your items the experience is first class. I have purchased numerous items over the last 7 years. Always have been impressed. Communication is great. If they don't have an item in stock they keep you posted on its status. I typically shoot my sales person an email with the items I need and they are ready to pick up on my arrival. If they are on back order or it's a special order they keep you up to date on the status.
