The embroidery was for my Grandmother, as I had been given word just days before that my Grandfather was gravely ill. We thought we had about two weeks. We did not. When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such. There was no extra charge, and even the final charge was on the lowest end of the initial quote. I can't say enough good things about this business and its people. Thank you! I have been a part of several events ZenGenius has been in charge of staging. The crew is flawlessly professional. They make spaces look phenomenal, and they make it look easy. They have upbeat personalities, and they can think on their feet. If there's a problem, they'll solve it in an ingenious (ZenGenius) way. They're versatile and work with you to create your vision. If you want hip and unexpected, they'll pull it out. If you want timeless and elegant, they can do that too. I got to see their prop warehouse when I returned some fixtures we were borrowing. It's crazy. They have anything and everything you could ever need in every color, shape, and texture. You need a fuzzy yellow tablecloth?: They've got it. How about 500 medium-sized globe fishbowls?: No worries. Seriously, they have everything. It's almost greedy. One more thing ZenGenius offers is a consultation service, but I don't know too much about that area of their business. I think they mainly deal with graphics, packaging, window decals and the like on that end.
