So by good fortune, someone we knew was able to get us help and got it fixed, but it was no thanks to dad's and Aubrey's handyman . Even made it a frost free one so I don't have to worry about it breaking in the winter on me! Very kind and made me feel very comfortable. He was very thorough and quick even with my main water line being in a crazy spot. My hose hook up looks great and I'm very happy to now be able to have a hose for my garden! Also had him look at my breaker box for a future fix and he explained exactly what I needed done and roughly how much it would cost me. Very informative and knowledgeable. 10/10 would definitely call again!

Now several weeks later he can't find the police report that we faxed him. And he has no clue who their insurance company is so that I may talk to them directly. All we asked was to be fairly compensated for our damaged vehicle. They have never denied that it was their fault, but he told me it's not a priority and that he has a lot to do.
