They need to be more clear on hours of operation or at least adhere to what's posted. My husband called in advance to make sure he had the correct documents for his address change and my name and address change for our IDs. Posted hours of operation was till 5:30pm and we came in at 4:50pm. We were told machines were gonna be off at 5pm, but they had time. Both of us got our pictures taken, signature done and verified our information, all that was left was our address and to pay. We had what we were told we needed over the phone, but our address couldn't be verified for some reason, which isn't the attendants fault, but we were told they ran out of time and we had to come back a different day. I said I had the physical document they needed in my car, grabbed it and came back inside and the said its too late and they already shut down the machines. Mind you, it was still before 5pm at that time. Everything was complete apart from our address which I had info for. Waste of time. if they are going to turn people away who are there over 30 minutes before there posted closing time, they should say so. Two others came in and were turned away ID updating after we got there, which was still 30 min before close. read more

TOLD ME TO BRING A GREEN CARD WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET MY LICENSE!!! Not sure why because thats not even a requirement, plus I'm a citizen (I'm fully white I just have a darker tan) so I dont even have a green card the B at the counter is racist and I hope she gets fired and falls on hard times. You shouldn't even be asking that because you KNOW that's not a requirement, you work at a tag agency! The only required documentation is a birth certificate and SSN BOTH OF WHICH I HAVE AND MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WAS ISSUEDIN THE US. Very rude. Walked in the door and immediately heard one employee being snippy through the phone at a customer. We were treated as though we were a complete pain. All we needed was to renew a license. This is the very best tag agency as far as I can tell around the Tulsa area. The ladies working the front are kind, respectful, and funny. It took me less than 10 minutes to get a new real ID license (of course it has to be mailed but the process was quick) and my tag sticker. However, I was also prepared to the very max with any and all information they could ask for. I always like coming here because they are so quick and efficient. You don't need an appointment or any other nonsense. You can just walk on in. I like coming when they first open so I can get in and out and not wait, but even if I come mid-day the wait is minimum. It's bright, cheery, and clean inside. I highly recommend! read more

Normally, I like this tag agency. But today, there were 10 people ahead of us to make driver's license changes. There were 4 ladies doing nothing but answering the phone and taking care of walk up tag or title changes, only 1 lady taking care of driver's licenses. This is absurd. I've used this agency since 2005 and normally it's good. Today, it was not. Seriously, 1 of the 4 ladies was reattaching a tag to the wall and another one was on her cell phone, all while the rest of us were waiting for assistance. read more

Unfortunately, I've not had great experience(s) at the Jenks Tag Agency. I give them a 3 out of 5 based on their lack of caring service, knowledge, and wait time provided to customers. My current challenge at hand - I received a vehicle title in the mail last week with an error. You would think this to be a simple process to correct.....I phoned their agency prior to going to inquire what documents would be needed. But upon arriving today, the staff member indicated I would need a different document than what I was told over the phone and a fee of $15. would be assessed....I wish I could write a better review for their agency, but this not was my first challenge with this location. But as they say, All's well that ends well. After leaving, my husband phoned the Bixby Tag Agency for assistance. They were able to correct the title error without any additional paperwork. And although I had to pay the $15. fee, they were very nice and I was in/out in literally 10 min! read more

Tag agencies get a bad rap, but this one has got to be run by aliens, because it is quick and friendly. I've never had a problem or had to wait more than a few minutes to get served. Service with a smile is the norm. read more

Warning! If you are a woman you have to have your marriage license to prove your name change. I was told to run home and get it but how quick can you find your marriage license from 1996. Upon my return at 3:20. One lady refused to let the nice lady who was waiting on me and my husband serve us. The machine stops at 4:15. How can the working class be able to ever get their Real ID? I never do negative reviews but this one hurt. read more

The worst people I've ever come across. Not just one but all of them. Two of them lied to me about papers I needed. When I went to another tag agency they didn't know why they would say that and that agency completed my transaction. Also when I came back 45 minutes before they closed they said it was too late to help me. read more

I am not one to write reviews, but after sitting in the office for over an hour and continuously, watching the staff disrespect every single person that came through that door I was very eager to leave and get on here. If I can call one out in particular it would be regina the lady all the way to the left (who has multiple bad reviews may I add) she speaks down on people and is very disrespectful. I have never in my life witnessed more unprofessionalism within a group of employees in my life. I work in the service industry every single day I understand it's hard.. but the way these ladies were speaking to people is baffling. Not only was I spoken to like a complete idiot, but along with every other person that came through the door.
