In fact, Melanie's knowledge and attention to detail caught red flags in properties that we never would have known to look for, saving us wasted time or even major headaches had we moved forward with those properties! Melanie is extremely detail-oriented and frequently was reaching out with properties she thought were a good fit (and they genuinely were properties that met our specific requirements -- not some general email blast). She is also extremely responsive and very fast at setting up showings, which is so crucial in such a fast-paced market. When we finally found "the one", Melanie worked tirelessly to make sure we closed quickly and on time. She even helped us negotiate with the seller after the inspection to put some money back in our pockets. She really didn't have to do that, as she knew the deal was going to go through regardless.
