It was a buyer's market, and with Inna's excellent negotiating and real estate skills, I got a great price. Not too much later, I found myself needing to sell the property. This was something I was dreading. The real estate market in the area had only gotten worse, and having seen many properties languish on the market unsold for months and even years, I wasn't looking forward to the likely long haul ahead. To make matters worse, I had to sell the house while completely out-of-state, while living through a global pandemic! Inna had been great before, but truly, I had NO IDEA what Inna was capable of. We used his service and seen many houses for two years in different towns. After seeing so many houses we finally found the one we were waiting for. After house inspection by professionals Tushar fought together with us and was able to convince the seller to take off 11K from the total. Tushar fights for you and provides you with lots of information and neighborhood details so you don't get screwed buying a house. He does NOT make you sign any papers for showing you a house which is a big plus (unlike lots of new agents these days that does do this and locks you in, stripping you of your freedom to see houses via better agents). The best part is Tushar has experience, knowledge, and connections so when you do want to buy a house he will hook you up with lawyer, inspection, appraisal etc... At one point the seller tried to take the expensive appliances with him, Tushar quickly fought back and reminded them of the contract they signed which prevented them from taking any appliances.
