I wanted to start off by saying that Jenna is a miracle worker! I found her and the services she provides while I was studying for the July 2021 CA bar exam. Very important to note, I've never been good at standardized test and this one actually has been quite difficult on my mental and physical health. This time around, I wanted to be less stressed and anxious, and instead more focused. I thought studying was going to be harder with a full-time job, But luckily I found Jenna and saw how experience she was as a hypnotherapist -particularly with patients dealing with stress and anxiety. We had a consultation on a phone call and I could immediately tell that I liked her energy. She addressed any and all questions I had and explained our sessions would be on a FaceTime call and what I could expect from the hypnosis. She made it clear throughout her sessions that the Hypnosis was going to be tailored specifically for me and my situation, she would even provide me with a recording of the sessions so that I can practice on my own daily. What I really liked about my sessions with Jenna was how caring she was outside of our sessions. She would check on me throughout the weeks when we were not scheduled. I was able to feel her genuine and caring soul through her sessions and even after the following days of my exam. Everyone else has pretty much already said it, but Jenna is the BEST therapist I have ever had. Until now, I've mostly been going to in-network traditional MFTs, PsyDs, or psychiatrists. Jenna is an amazing lady, I went into my first sitting with Jenna a bit new to energy healing and she took her time with me and was incredibly supportive in teaching me some tools to help clear a fog that had developed in body and mind. The processes we took were step by step and thoroughly explained to me. Although I'd believed in the power of hypnotherapy before I went to Jenna, I still doubted it would work for me because of a deeply-rooted, life long fear (still there at age 48). It took about 7-8 sessions (spread out over a year or two) before I noticed an obvious change, but after one particular session it was like phobia - and all the many things associated with it - just vanished. I'm still in shock that I'm completely over it, but I really am (and I'm confronted with it all the time). I finally feel "normal" about it. It is mysterious to me exactly what Jenna and I are doing. But the benefits are real and like nothing else. I see our energy work together as a sort of talk therapy which is not just about my "story" but more about letting go of the thread of pain that hides within us all, and connecting with peace and inner focus in a deep way.
