Each of her teachers has a fabulous flow - their systems are mostly vinyasa based, along with varying degrees of heat. Ellen is an acolyte of Baron Baptiste. The space is elegant, Zen, intimate, and the opposite of Bikram's militant uber gym vibe. Great sequences, lovely space, excellent teachers make this the best yoga for us!

I've long suffered with neck and back pain, and in just this short time I've noticed a difference in my posture, alleviating pressure and pain. After taking the first class with her, I told her 'she was the best teacher I ever had'... I have now been practicing with her for the past few years, and my practice has not only strengthened physically, but I am more connected to my practice holistically and as another reviewer stated, 'soulfully'. She truly brings a unique gift to her students, regardless of their experience - and treats everyone with honor and grace for the journey they are on... Her retreats are also fabulous - I recently went to Tassajara (my first yoga retreat) - she has such a great sense of humor and puts the participants at ease to allow them to really enjoy the whole experience!

I agree with and take the liberty to repeat the words from Shaun's review: "Rosemary's yoga is impeccable. Having the opportunity to receive detailed instruction from her gentle, soothing voice and light presence is a gift I can barely put into words. There is no pressure in her class, only guidance. I didn't do my homework so of course the first time i went to it was closed and the second time i ended up going to an outdoor sunset concert in the garden so i still haven't really been for meditation lol i follow you guys on the socials so i am planning to return a third time. I took Ingrid's class for the first time at 9:30 this morning and I'm still in a state of pure…read morebliss at 11pm. I twisted and stretched in ways I never have before and I've been doing yoga many years now. She explains every posture with its corresponding meridians. She integrates Indian and Chinese philosophies and is so knowledgeable. I love doing a posture and knowing what exactly it's helping and the science behind it. It helps the mind body connection. This class was 1.5 hours long and went by so fast! I'm so glad my original workout class was canceled, I cannot wait to take her next class. She is a true joy to be around.
