The saying that a pictures is worth a thousand words doesn't fall short when it comes to excellent wedding photography, because your wedding photos are priceless and they are meant to capture the love, joy, and memories of your special day. C. Baron Photography is more than just a professional photography company because they absolutely will not be disappointed and I highly recommend them for your special day. My husband and I got married at The Gallery in May 2013 and C. Baron provides us with stunning and spectacular wedding photos. It really is a shame and actually very sad to read the low reviews that some people wrote about C. Baron because with my experience working with them, C. Baron goes to infinity and beyond for their clients. Actually, you're not a "client" to C. Baron, they become your friend and I am honored to say I will continue to stay in contact and further use them for future services. Prior to being recommended to C. Baron Photography, I looked into several other photographers in the Houston area that treated me as just another bride-to-be looking to hire a photographer. Some companies were way too expensive for anyone and their pictures were nothing to flaunt or be impressed by. Other photographers were very rude and uninviting. First impression are everything and when my wedding planner - Kristina Kellogg from Ultimate Events Unlimited - heard of my horrible experiences she immediately stepped in and scheduled an appointed with C. Baron. My mother and I met with them at The Gallery and they showed us more than just "small-thumbnail-samples", everything from engagement pictures, bridal portraits, wedding day pictures.. You name it, they had it. They have different priced packages that will customize for you, like they did for me. I had the pleasure to work with Lisa and Sandra for our engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and on our big day. They go out of their way to get to know you and your fiancé so you'll never feel uncomfortable. Let me say that my husband is not shy and he does not like to take pictures - that's him, and he often doesn't like to smile in pictures either. Well, let me tell you that Lisa and Sandra couldn't get him to STOP smiling during our engagement session and during our formal pictures on our wedding day. I also want to say that I was very close to my bridesmaids and my husband was very close to his groomsmen, but my bridesmaids and his groomsmen did not know one another and they first time they all met was during the rehearsal, but whenever all 12 of them lived out of town, all over Texas, and in different states it would have been impossible for all of them to get to know one another well enough before our wedding. Lisa and Sandra made all of them so comfortable with one another and from our pictures you would have no idea they didn't know each other. C. Baron Photography will do everything and more to make sure you are more than satisfied.Lisa and Sandra made sure me and my husband were relaxed and comfortable during our engagement session - and NOT a single picture from my wedding day was bad. They made sure to take pictures of the people we wanted pictures of and if there was someone who shouldn't be photographed, they won't! They have a talent like no other photography company I looked into. They make everything about you and at the end of the day your pictures are something beautiful and unique that captures your personality perfectly. I loved working with Lisa and Sandra and they delivered THE MOST amazing, comfortable, magnificent experience for me, my husband, and on our wedding day. Expect. Perfection.

When we began the whole wedding planning process nearly two years ago, photography was the one…read morething that I was going to be super picky about & willing to splurge on. Photographs are the best way to remember your big day, and what Sandra and Lisa capture aren't just photos, they're art. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy. After reviewing different photographers online, my now husband and I decided to meet with Lisa & Sandra of C. Baron Photography. We met in a local Starbucks. They brought samples of prints and wedding albums. We were blown away. Right then and there, a year out from our wedding, we signed the contract to work with them. It was one of the easiest and best decisions we made in regards to our wedding! Lisa and Sandra's communication is outstanding. They respond to emails usually in less than 12 hours. They're easy to reach by phone if you need to. They are super flexible, willing to work with you, and truly want you to be happy. Engagement Pictures: For one reason after another, we waited until about five weeks before our actual wedding to have our engagement pictures taken. We decided to have them in Galveston since it's where we got engaged & where our wedding would be. Lisa & Sandra had no problem with this. When the day came, unfortunately, it was about 40, cloudy, and windy. However, Lisa and Sandra still made it an enjoyable experience. We felt at ease in what could potentially be an awkward situation. (Having someone take pictures and telling you to pose in intimate ways can be awkward if you've never done it before!) The images that they captured are amazing! You would never know that I couldn't feel my feet by the end (I wore dresses in both pictures). The Wedding Day: We had figured out a time line with C. Baron before the wedding. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, exactly where they were supposed to, and they even brought me the sweetest goody bag! Using them for our wedding day took away a large amount of my stress because I did not have to worry about getting my pictures back and hating them. And I was right! Other than the standard family posing pictures, I never even knew they were taking pictures. The images that they captured have made me laugh, they've made me smile, and they've even made me cry (in a good way!). I continually look at them over and over. I could not ask for better results. It took less than a month to get the digital version of the pictures, and our USB is on its way right now. If you're looking for photographers, you cannot go wrong with C. Baron Photography. If I had to do it all over again, they would be the first vendor I would rebook!

She was of great help during and after the birth alongside my midwives and respected everything that I requested. My husband and family are all impressed with the quality of the film and the pictures we have to remember this special day in our lives.

It was such a pleasure working with Debi and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. We love…read morethe images she took and her service was very affordable. My partner really wanted me to do a maternity shoot and had a pretty specific vision for what she wanted: mostly nude, black and white, artistic. I was resistant at first, but since Debi offered a service that was affordable and with no minimum portrait order, I figured that I would give it a try. Debi's studio is in her home, but her service was very professional from the start. I've never done a nude photo shoot before and was definitely nervous, but she didn't bat an eyelash and had lots of ideas for poses. She also provided pieces of cloth that she draped around my body so that the photos wouldn't be too revealing. We just got the photos back and we love them! They're exactly what we both had in mind. I would highly recommend Debi to anyone looking to do a maternity shoot.

I found this person on groupon. I was actually looking for the company that took my outdoor family…read morepictures 3 years ago but unfortunately I could not find that company :( I searched for reviews on the the photographer online before I committed but unfortunately I could not find any, so I decided to take a chance and go for it. I did notice a few red flags but she seemed nice and I figured, why not give her a chance? When I first contacted her, I asked her if her groupon or her facebook special was a better value and she suggested that her facebook special was better which was $100, 45 min 20-30 images. I agreed, booked, and paid. We also agreed on a location that she choose based on my requirements (outdoors and near water) The night (10:27pm) before the shoot she sent me a message saying that we should switch locations and/or the time of the shoot because of the sun. I was really confused and upset because she choose the location and said she had shot their many times. Didn't you already know the sun would be an issue, why are you telling me this the night before??? She suggested moving to a location without water which I had already told her that a location with water was a non-negotiable or moving the shoot 3 hours back. She eventually agreed to keep the shoot at the same time and location b/c the weather report was suggesting an overcast. The shoot went relatively well, but I was very disappointed at her lack of creativity. We got very few poses and there were several shots with small things that I feel the photographer should have noticed and told us fix (ex. my husband's (transition) glasses were tinted or the way feet were positioned). After the shoot, I asked her when the photos would be ready and she said tomorrow. The next day, my husband went to get the CD and it would not work, I tried it on multiple devices and told her and she suggested it was my problem and not hers. She said she would email them (and she did), but not all of them. ((Up until this point I would give her 2 stars)) I then asked when I would get the rest of them and she went on a very long rant about how she had gone above and beyond for me and how she needed take care of her 6 kids, husband, etc. A few days later, I messaged her again and let her know I still had not gotten the rest of my pics. She finally did send them. In conclusion, her photography skills are mediocre. I put too much time, energy, and money into this shoot and I was unhappy with the final product. She sent me several pictures that I could not use, pictures with poor lighting, and pictures that needed editing. Now I need to find someone to help me edit the pictures as I am absolutely done dealing with her. I would not use her again or recommend. Her customer service skills are horrible. I will not recommend.

I stumbled up Knightly Photography in 2015 through a Facebook group. I took a chance and figured…read morethe price was right with so many other holiday expenses. Family photos are always a stressful experience for me, trying to get children ready, keep them clean, and get 4 young children to smile and focus. This photographer managed to capture beautiful photos of my children that showed their individual personalities. I love how patient she was with my busy 2 year old twins and managed to get amazing shots even with them running away from the camera. She took individuals of each person, mom with girls, dad with son, mom and dad, family, etc. I was promised 7-10 digital images and was provided so many more. We originally signed up for a 10-15 minute mini-session that turned into an hour long session at no extra charge. This year (2016) we chose to use Knightly Photography again. Once again she did not disappoint. She is the most patient photographer I have ever dealt with. She makes a usually stressful experience easy on mom. No other photographer gives you more photos than promised and gets them to you the next day. I admit she does not do extensive editing, but I like the fact that my pictures represent what we actually look like. I like that she captures my kids being kids and not posed statues. She has always been extremely flexible and honest with me about location and lighting. I was promised an email with pictures the next day, but was contacted by the photographer who explained that there were so many good ones she wanted to meet me and give me a disk with all the photos instead of emailing a few. This was not at all an inconvenience since she was going above and beyond to give me more than I asked for and even paid for. If you are looking for a photographer who will pose you and do extensive editing, this may not be the photographer for you. If you are looking for someone who loves children and photographs them doing what they do best (being kids), someone who will spend as much time with your family to get the shot vs. telling you your 10 minutes is up, and someone who gives you so many photos at a reasonable price then this is definitely the photographer for you. I have referred her and know the families I referred have been as happy with the results as I have been. Knightly Photography will taking my family photos for years to come.
