I never even got a session. I was just ghosted ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I contacted Jen about a month in advance. She confirmed that she would be available and informed me of the best times to take the picture in the morning but did not specify an exact time or even where to meet up. A few days before the designated date, I emailed her to inform her that I would not be able to go for that specific day as my graduation cap and gown had not come in yet. I love the pics in the windows with the kids dressed up like fairies but to be honest idk how this woman gets business. It's disappointing she made it extremely difficult to set up an appointment. It took weeks to get her on the phone which felt silly since I'm always in the area. I'm sure many people would've already given up by this point, but I was determined! So I'm playing email tag with her (shes taking days to respond to each one) and eventually she agreed to just call me. Yay progress! I gather as many details as she'll let me (she didn't want to give a cost or even an estimate) but I persist! I was determined to write down an appointment before she let me go. But since her "schedule was full" she couldn't find an available day anywhere from now until like 6 months away, and she didnt want to look up an actual day to pencil me in. I realized I was not getting off the phone with this chick with any actual appointment made. She would NOT let me. She sends me to her website instead, and instructs me to look at the calendar and pick my own day and time (ok sure whatever I've gone this far) but where I finally said this does not feel right is when she said no appointment is held until the customer pre-pays online from her website. I'm sorry, no. I don't trust you with that much money before ever meeting you and especially since you're this hard to get ahold of BEFORE I give you my business. I'm not setting myself up to chase you around for a refund like you made me chase you for an appointment. Good luck! read more

My family had the best experience with Jennifer at her studio. We were there for her silhouettes series and she was kind, professional and understanding. She worked with my boys and with me to get the shots that they wanted. And we even brought our dog! We now have the most incredible portraits to hang on the wall. I recommend her to anyone who wants family or individual portraits that are not your traditional JC Penny style. read more

My granddaughter had a whimsical fairies session a few weeks go. The set was beautiful. The outfits adorable. And the photos beautiful, but a little melancholy as shes not much into smiles it seems. But the prices.....astronomical!!! The pakages are expensie. To buy individual photos is ridiculous. Any size, $75! I wanted 4 different 4x6 to be framed together. Its hard to just pick one. But I was not going to pay $300 for something that cost far less to produce. Its not like it takes a lot of time, effort or money to print a nice photo these days with digital photography. I think its very exploitive of Jennifer. She'd definitely sell more for less. But if you want something different and $$$ you don't need, make an appointment, which I read is not easy to do either. read more

I had a wonderful experience with them! Jennifer found the perfect outdoor location for the shoot. It was exactly what I was looking for. Jennifer and her daughter were so patient and kind, even bringing fairy-like dresses for my daughter to wear (which were incredible) and flower wreaths. We had a miscommunication about what I wanted for the final product, and she edited the photos (twice, I might add) to get the look I wanted. She is professional and friendly, and a very talented photographer. The pictures are stunning. Would highly recommend. Thank you! read more
