The drops he gave me were very costly, so I called to ask for something different. I did not get a call back and had to call 2 more times before I could get a new Rx. Definitely not going back. WHAT??? My son was normal little boy and an athlete. There was no way that was the answer. A co-worker recommended that I go see Dr. Klig. She explained that with her course of treatment, weekly shots over the course of approximately five years, she could help our son. A much better approach and attitude and completely reasonable! My daughter and I both have gone to her for testing to rule out specific allergens as well. My husband has also been going to her for many years. He has quite a few allergies but also has severe asthma. He goes for weekly allergy shots and monthly injections for his asthma. With Dr. Klig's help, he has his breathing under control. Dr. Klig has a kind and compassionate disposition. She is easy to talk to and is accommodating with her appointments. In today's world I have found that many medical practices have lost that personal touch that makes you feel like you matter. You are merely a number and you are ushered in and out like cattle. Being patients of Dr. Klig's for 18 years, we can honestly say that she cares about your well being and takes the time to listen to you. Every time I get a a few sessions done, so many of my ailments clear up. Dr. Perkins is professional, reasonably priced, and thorough. Each time I have a set of sessions, we talk about the most pressing issues and she arranged a laser treatment protocol. The sessions are painless. It may take anywhere between a few hours to a day or so when the results kick in, and I haven't been disappointed at all. This type of heal is totally worth trying. So while I do like the doctors, I am leaving this practice due to the problems with the front desk. I was a possible new patient for Dr. Guida. I called the number on his website and then was…read moreswitched to another number where no one answered but I was directed to schedule the appointment online. I did so for Thu at 10 and was notified that I would be contacted shortly. I called again and no answer. I filled out my online questionaire. I tried calling Thu morning and no answer. Rather than paying for a missed appointment, I traveled to their office. I was told that my online entry was only a "request" even though the form said "Schedule Appointment". I was also told that Dr. Guida was not in that office on Thursdays even though the form allowed you to pick Thursday for the appoinment. I did not see the doctor. When asked about the phone calls, I was told they were "understaffed". Basically, the scheduling system is useless and they do not answer the phone number to which you're sent. It was a complete waste of time. I have no comments on Dr. Guida, just on the appointment process.
