At age 87 I was in the market for an attorney to help me update my estate plan. One estate lawyer I consulted with said what I wanted couldn't be done. If you are trying to get help for legal issues with your parents I DO NOT RECOMMEND Jennifer Wallis. I called her to request she work with my parents and had several concerns. She spoke to my parents and refused to speak to me. My Dad left her office very agitated trying to get her to follow him to speak to me. And Once she spoke to me she told me my Diabetic mother she should eat more icecream and didn't speak about anything of substance regarding the legal issues with me despite the fact that I had created the topics for discussion. Although this is the only Lawyer I've had an extensive Attorney -Client relationship, it is hard for me to see any room for anyone to do much better. Number one, she cares. And I mean truly cares. That in itself might be enough for you to choose Jennifer. When someone cares, naturally they do a much better more thorough, more comprehensive job for you.
